Since its inception the Company has always strived and achieved close
co-operation with its clients. It is felt that this is the only way
to ensure customer satisfaction. No
two assignments are treated the same, as every client has different
needs and/or circumstances. Personnel, training and procedures are therefore
tailored to this end. If a client requires special qualities or training
for our staff, then we will endeavour to provide it.
We
maintain close links with all our clients and staff in order to ensure
that our services are both of the highest order and meet the client’s
needs and requirements. We also ensure that our staff are looked after
so that they can concentrate in providing the client with the best possible
service.
We
ensure that every member of staff, whether Security Guards, Security
Receptionists, Retail Guards, Door Supervisors, Special Events staff
or other specialists are met at least weekly by a member of management
in order to monitor both their needs and performance.
